Under Paul’s leadership USAgridocs will create a global transparent digital platform insuring food safety from farm to table across the globe.

John Parisi is a former USDA Consumer Safety Inspector who stepped away from public service to solve one of the most persistent challenges in the meat and poultry industry: broken, outdated recordkeeping. After years on the front lines of food safety, inspecting facilities of all sizes, John witnessed firsthand how hard it was for even the best-run plants to stay compliant with pen-and-paper systems, clipboards, and binders.

With a deep understanding of FSIS regulations, HACCP, and the daily demands of plant operations, John co-founded U.S. AgriDocs to bring simplicity, clarity, and modern technology to food safety documentation. His vision was simple: take the tools inspectors wish every plant had, and make them accessible, easy to use, and audit-ready at all times.
